For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (2 per year)
Needed x-rays*
One emergency exam per year (if needed) as offered to all patients who maintain regular preventive care

Adult-Periodontal Subscription

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.

Perio maintenance cleanings (3-4 per year)
Doctor exams (2 per year)
Needed x-rays*
One emergency exam per year (if needed) as offered to all patients who maintain regular preventive care

$64 Initial Month Fee

Additional Family Member Subscription

Must have at least one family member enrolled in the Adult or Perio Subscription
